30-day returns

Not happy with your purchase? You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition.

How to return

1. Email us at hello@aurinne.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a prepaid return label (free returns within Australia)
3. Post the item back to us in its original packaging
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Email us and we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at hello@aurinne.com with photos. We will send a replacement at no charge. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
