About us

Aurinne is operated by a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (KvK). We sell jewellery to customers in Australia and internationally.

Products & pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Prices are confirmed at the time of purchase.

Product images are representative. Minor variations in colour and finish may occur due to screen differences and the nature of handcrafted jewellery.

Orders & payment

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. Payment is processed at the time of order through Shopify Payments, Afterpay, Zip or PayPal.

Shipping

We ship across Australia. Standard shipping is $4.95 AUD, free on orders over $75 AUD. Estimated delivery is 3 to 6 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All content on this website, including images, text, logos and design, is the property of Aurinne and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurinne is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian law.
