Shipping Policy

Delivery times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery across Australia is 3 to 6 business days from dispatch.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $4.95 AUD
• Free shipping on orders over $75 AUD

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order through the link in that email.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within Australia. International shipping to New Zealand and the United Kingdom will be available soon.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to customs, public holidays or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at hello@aurinne.com.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
